Household Setup

If you need help creating your household, completing the intake quiz, adding household members, or updating your home details, contact us and we will help you get set up.

Tasks and Reminders

Huney creates a starting task list based on your home, but you can also add, assign, rotate, complete, or edit tasks manually. If something does not look right, tell us what task or routine you were trying to update.

Calendar Connection

Huney helps plan household work around your real calendar. If calendar events are not appearing, meal plans are not publishing, or reminders are showing at the wrong time, contact support with your device type and a short description of the issue.

Recipes and Cooking Mode

You can add your own recipes or parse recipes from a link. If a recipe does not import correctly, send us the recipe link and what looked wrong. Cooking mode keeps ingredients, instructions, and timers in one place while you cook.

Shared Households

If you are having trouble inviting someone, joining a household, syncing changes, or seeing shared tasks, contact us with the email address used for your Huney account.

Premium Features

For help with Premium features, subscription access, purchase restoration, or billing questions, contact support. App Store billing is managed through Apple, but we can help troubleshoot access inside Huney.
